 Outside of my brand and learning the legal cannabis trade, culinary is my biggest passion. I've spent about 10 years professionally outside my apprenticeships, training certificates and recently Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy. As well as tens of thousands of worked field hours and growing up with a dad that was a chef trained by his dad that was an award winning chef.

 

Working at beautiful restaurants like Terzo Piano, Green Zebra, Steadfast, Candlestick Inn; awesome catering companies like Limelight, Concert Kitchen, Mike Maxwell and Co. As well as beautiful hotels like Congress Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, Ritz Carlton, I have acquired many skills in the kitchen which led me to private dining and developing menus for guests.
